Running in its second year, Unico 20°87°‘s annual Suberbia Summer is back to delight your taste buds with a selection of culinary treats from some of the world’s top chefs. Read on for the low down of everything on offer at this adults-only Mexican gem this summer.
Running from the 17th July to the 25th August 2019, the mouth-watering event will showcase six chef takeovers, with talent being sourced from Michelin-Star-rated and 5-Star Diamond Ward-Winning restaurants around the globe. Each master chef will transform the hotel’s stylish dining venues into their own personal culinary workshops. Visit the Riviera Maya resort during this time and even the fussiest eaters will find something to delight the senses with hand-crafted meals from the world’s top chefs at no additional cost.
What to Expect
Travel to Unico 20°87° during this year’s event t catch a taste of the Michelin-starred chef Roberto Ruiz of Punto MX, Madrid with renowned chef Maria Jose San Roman taking charge until the 28th. Another Spaniard will take the mantle into August with A’BARRA Restaurante’s J. Antonio Medina unleashing his culinary creativity on Unico’s dining scene. Those in the know will recognise the name of chef Danial Patterson, founder of the Daniel Ptterson group as he makes his appearance, whilst 3-Michelin-star-awarded chef Ángel León stages his takeover in the final week of the event.
More than your Average All-Inclusive
Renowned for meticulously-crafted cocktails and top-shelf spirits, Unico 20°87°’s bar scene is anything but ordinary. During the Superbia Summer event however, the entire resort will take on a new lease of life, with bar takeovers by expert mixologists, wine and tequila tastings hosted by elite brands and luxurious pool parties to enjoy.
