What are flexible payments?
Having the option to be flexible with your payments allows you to spread the cost of your holiday. Once your deposit has been paid, the remaining cost can be paid however you wish, so long as full payment is received before your balance due date.

We like to offer stress-free options for securing your holiday with affordable payments. Use our Manage My Booking area to budget for your payments and keep track of your remaining balance. You can pay as little and as often as you like.
How do flexible payments work? Your initial deposit will be accompanied by a balance due date. You need to pay your remaining holiday cost by this date. There are two ways you can pay your balance:
- Make one single payment before your balance is due.
- Make multiple payments before your balance is due.
When does the final payment need to be made?
Your final payment will need to be paid between 14 - 16 weeks prior to your departure date. The exact date will be specified on your booking confirmation. You can also use our Manage My Booking area to see your outstanding balance.
How do I make my final payments?
You can make your final payment online by logging into Manage My Booking, or you can call one of our advisors on 01782 645 086 who will take your payment over the phone. Payments made both online and over the phone are fully secure and no payment details are stored.
